Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, all items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop@dylansheltonshopping.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

We ask that you hold on to the damaged, defected, or incorrect product and its packaging until the new one arrives. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
